Here are all the reasons we were happy with Stafford.
When we first called, I was thrilled to have my call answered by a live person--so often these days you get someone's cell phone, or are just told to leave a message. Stafford was able to get someone out to our home right away to give us an estimate, and at a time that was convenient for me. Later that day, I received a very detailed estimate, in writing (actually via email) and we thought the estimate was very reasonable. It was good to see what each part of the project cost. When we scheduled the work, Stafford again made sure that the work took place at a time that was convenient for us, and they were able to do the work within just a few days of getting the estimate. The electricians arrived right on time and finished on time, and were very friendly to our family, including our pets, and they took the time to answer all of my husband's questions. Even our next door neighbor commented on how friendly they were! They were careful about not tracking in snow, and everything was neat and tidy when they were done. The best part was that the final price was exactly what was quoted in the estimate--no "surprise" extras! We are delighted with the work and wish we'd done it sooner!

I have worked with Paul Stafford Electric Heating and Cooling for 25 years. I started out in residential remodeling working as an employee of a company that used Stafford. When I started my own business 15 years ago I continued using them because I was so happy with the service they provided. Their people always show up when they say they will and get the job done right.
My business involves remodeling people’s homes so it’s very important to me that whoever I hire is respectful of people’s property which they have always done. They are very good about communicating with me, my carpenters, and my customers.
Remodeling old homes can be difficult and I have always found Stafford’s people to be highly skilled at what they do. Thank you so much for the work you did yesterday. I am just catching up on my email and I wanted to tell you how thrilled we are with the work you did. Our new timer is great, and the guy you sent was excellent. The new fixture he installed looks great, and I was so impressed he even put a light bulb in it and sealed it up with caulk! He was fast, very courteous, and definitely skilled. He did a great job and his work was high quality and very professional.
