High Velocity Air Conditioning

Need forced air conditioning and heating in a tight space? Renovating a steam heated house and want air conditioning and forced air heating? Stafford Home Service installs high velocity ducted systems from Spacepak & Unico. High velocity systems use a very small duct to bring heating and cooling to a room with a process called aspiration, this process gently mixes the air in the room for uniform draft free temperature. Hot water coils or electric heaters can be added to provide heat as well as heat pumps. This system uses an outdoor condenser made by Bryant.
