We have had nothing but excellent service from Stafford. Our first encounter was a thorough inspection of a home we were about to buy—they definitely found small things the seller’s inspector didn’t, small thing we could fix, but they also found a leaky ice dam that we were able to ask to have repaired before purchase! Next, they came to our rescue when we had a run-around from another company re: replacing the dead furnace in the middle of a cold snap when we had a house-sitter. The other company played some weird games and we finally gave up: Stafford came out immediately, installed the furnace and saved us from burst pipes while we were still away. They had no problem working with the house-sitter as if that was the homeowner; she was treated politely. In our most recent need, they came out next day to fix a leak that was a manufacturer default. Again, timely arrival, polite, efficient service. We always feel like we can trust this company, and no run-around.
