  • Job type: full-time
  • Minimum years of education required: high school diploma/GED
  • Specialty: primarily residential, limited commercial
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Competitive wage based on experience
  • Schedule: 6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. M – F
  • Overtime is offered when available and may be required at times

Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience in residential remodeling, including older homes
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to exceed customer expectations
  • Hold and maintain Minneapolis competency cards
  • Proficient in functional design and operation of all HVAC systems, including gas and refrigeration piping
  • Understanding of safety best practices for each job
  • Ability to train helpers/apprentices and work as a team
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
  • Able to pass drug tests and background checks
