Job Duties

Service new and existing HVAC equipment, including routine maintenance, testing/diagnostics, and repairs
Maintain Stafford’s commitment to service and satisfaction in all facets of daily work
Communicate with customers, team members, and management with professionalism and clarity
Successfully complete service calls in a timely manner and with a constant focus on customer care
Lead and mentored apprentices in developing their knowledge/skills while maintaining a high standard of service and craftsmanship
Clearly and thoroughly complete all necessary documentation of each job upon completion
Actively participate in company-provided and external professional development meetings and training
Maintain clean presentation of a self and company-provided vehicle
Help track inventory and quality of parts, tools, and other equipment

Competitive wage based on experience
Schedule: 6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. M – F
Overtime is offered when available and may be required at times

Experience/Qualifications

Experience in residential remodeling, including older homes
Exceptional communication skills and ability to exceed customer expectations
Hold and maintain Minneapolis competency cards
Proficient in functional design and operation of all HVAC systems, including gas and refrigeration piping
Understanding of safety best practices for each job
Ability to train helpers/apprentices and work as a team
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
Able to pass drug tests and background checks
