Are you a knowledgeable HVAC installation specialist looking for an opportunity to join a reputable, locally-owned company with a fun and supportive work environment? - Specialty: primarily residential, limited commercial
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Competitive wage based on experience
- Schedule: 6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. M – F
- Overtime is offered when available and may be required at times
Experience/Qualification
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to exceed customer expectations
- Hold and maintain HVAC competency cards in Minneapolis/St. Paul is a plus but not required
- Minimum of two years of HVAC installation experience
- Proficient in functional design and installation of all HVAC systems, including gas and refrigeration piping
- Understanding of safety best practices for each job
- Ability to train helpers/apprentices and work as a team
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Able to pass drug tests and background checks
- Residential experience with older homes a plus
