On occasion, Stafford Home Service sold and installed surge protectors manufactured by Sycom. It has come to our attention that certain models of surge protectors manufactured by Sycom may without warning start on fire. The model number of the surge protector is SYC-120/240T2.

If you have the surge protector manufactured by Sycom installed on your property, please contact us and we will arrange at no cost to you to have it removed and replaced by a device manufactured by another company. If we do not install the one currently on your property, we can replace it for a nominal fee.
