I had Stafford come out to assure the low voltage wire they installed to prevent ice dams a few years ago was in good working order. They checked the electrical panel and voltage levels at the wire. All were in excellent working order. They talked other me to assure they understood my concerns and then completed their work. I really appreciate their concern and care they exhibited.
