Ductless Heat Pumps

Using a ductless heat pump can be a practical, efficient option for heating, cooling, and dehumidification. These systems use heat pump technology for quiet, efficient distribution of warm or cold air, and can be a good alternative for homes with multi-levels, 1.5 stories, finished rooms, or wall or baseboard heaters.

There are three components to a ductless heat pump system – an easily-installed outdoor unit that connects to the indoor unit through cables and refrigerant lines, but does not require invasive ductwork; a centrally located indoor unit; and a remote control. Heat pumps can work in connection with your current system to ensure proper comfort levels throughout your home.

Benefits of installing a ductless heat pump system include:

  • Quiet, even air distribution for increased comfort
  • Heating and cooling through one system
  • Easy, low-cost installation
  • Monthly energy cost savings
  • Increased energy efficiency
  • Improved air quality

The experienced technicians at Stafford Home Service can help determine if a heat pump system is right for you.

We are proud to carry ductless cooling and heating systems from Daikin and Mitsubishi. To learn if a heat pump might be a good fit for your home, contact Stafford Home Service.
